  • I was also in a triathlon relay at arbour lake. unfortunately, the chip wasn't picked up by the timing mat and so we were disqualified. We did keep track of our own time (on three watches no less!) and they are as follows: swim(1.5km) - vincent: 21:04, bike(40km) - howie: 1:05:54, run(10km) - me: 36:11 (times include time in transition area)
  • vancouver marathon, 2002 - 3:19:19
  • ironman canada - swim: 1:13:59, transition #1: 5:12, bike: 5:56:59, transition #2: 2:10, run: 3:37:59, total: 10:56:19
